hi we're having a problem.
application response is slow and the ICMP sometimes time out...
on the CE, we have %IP-4-DUPADDR: Duplicate address [ip address] on [interface], sourced by [mac-address]
could it be related????any virus possibility???

You must find the host which mac address reported in the log of router, and change the IP.
Can use MAC address look up tool , to know if the vendor of the NIC, (pc nic,router etc..)

could it be the cause of the ping loss????
any other possibilities???
we have two access line connected to the CE and use load sharing....

If the duplicated ip address is in your lan and your ping source is the wan, this not the problem, if the duplicated ip address is your LAN default gateway or the host source (LAN) of ping yess.. this is the problem..
