Intercom Lines with Attendant Console

Hi,

Does anyone know if intercom lines work with AC on CCM 611 Bus Edition? I have a normal line configred as a primary extension and an intercom line.When i open up AC, it always selects intercom line and does not show up primary extension? Has any one seen this?

Hi Derek,

This is kind of a hidden note in the 6.1(1) Release Notes;

Attendant Console Phones Do Not Support the Intercom Feature

The Cisco Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console does not support the intercom feature. The attendant console GUI shows intercom and other lines but does not display the hunt group member line when the intercom feature is configured on a phone that is a member of a hunt group.
