I setup two IP phones with two users; One user is unable to use FastDial on the phone even she subsribed FastDial successfully on CCM user web. Another user didn't have this problem.
The profiles for phone,line and user on CCM Admin are identical same.
The error msg is "User is unable to be validated; PFD Error Message".
I'm assuming that it must has sth to do with users account.Can anyone help me out?
Go into the User under Global Directory and reset the PIN (not Password). Then use this new PIN when you Subscribe the PFD under the phone config. I just tested this on a non working PFD in our lab and it now works perfectly.
