Add Unity Users Without Utilizing Licenses

After we install and Integrate unity with MS Exchange 2003, also we install and Integrate CUCM 6.0 with LDAP and Unity, now all users without unity mailbox are not accessible from AA , as they didn't have unity mailbox, and if I try to add to unity it will utilize license although I don't want to add mail box for them , (if I want to add user for CM I should add it to Active Directory first because they are integrated) and if I add this user to unity it will utilize license because it's found in Exchange ... How can I solve this and add users to unity without utilizing Exchange (UM, VM ) Licenses ???

Hi Mohamad,

You could set these Extensions/Users in Unity up as Internet Subscribers, which does not require a User License but does allow them to be listed in the directory and to be able to be dialed from the AA.
