Make-busy from Cisco 7911 Phone

Hi,

1)With the 7911 phone if user don't want to attend the calls when she is in meeting, can the user "make set busy" from the 7911 phone.

2)Is there any address book available from PC. So you can dial from the PC itself insteead of 7911 phone.

If yes, which application needs to be installed on PC.the setup is using Cisco CCM 4.3 with Unity 4.0 and IP Phones.

1) no, DND is only available on CME, you should just CFWDAll your phone to Voiecmail or something, or turn off the ringer ;)

2) under the plugins page there is a like outlook / dialer / web plugin. Just read the descriptions and you will see it. Just dl and install on client PC!
