UC520 CUE Time-stamp 12 Hours Shifted

Hi NetPro,

Both CME and CUE show the correct time and date in CLI. But when I listen to the recorded messages, the AM time is reported as PM, 12 hours shifted. Also, the business hours and non-business hours are reversed in AA.

To synchronize Cisco Unity Express (CUE) time with Cisco CallManager Express time, configure these:

On Cisco CallManager Express:

configure terminal

ntp master 1

end


On Cisco Unity Express:

configure terminal

ntp server prefer

clock timezone

end

write memory


Reboot the CUE module.


Verify the following on CUE:

show ntp associations

show clock [detail]
