Unity 5.0 configuring Autoattendant Required urgent help

Not applicable

I have configured auto-attendant in Unity 5.0

Just FYI basic troubleshoot...

1) Configured CTI route-point 2950 in CCM

2) Configured Call handler in Unity with the number 2950

3) Recorded the .wav in 2950 profile

4) Create forwarding rules in which specified 2950 DN number and forword the call to call-handler (2950)

Now if i am doing a testing while dialing the 2950 number from the ip phone what happens is:

I am getting the prompt "Sorry""Then my recorded message""is not available please leave yr message after the tone or hangup"

Please help what is the next step.

Regards

Arshad

Arshad,

First of all, make sure that you have a CH and not a Subscriber.

If that is the case, on the SAWeb, go to Call Management and click on Call Handler

Select the 2950 CH.

Go to Greetings and select Standard

Paste the recording there.

Make sure that you do not have the After Greeting option set to Take Message.

Save the settings and make sure that all the other greetings are disabled

Route the call as desired.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

Thanks for the exterme help appreciated its working fine.

Now i am just looking out how to transfer calls to non-subscriber users.

My problem got resolved by disabling all the other greetings e.g internal , error i only kept enabled standard greeting.
