hello,
i want ask if there is possible to affect a port in the switch to the 3 vlans ( one vlan voice and two vlan data)?

Hi,
If you make the port trunk port, then it can carry up to 4096 vlans, if its an 802.1q trunk port.

Yes,
you should use the following: (example)
int gix/y
switchport trunk enc dot1q
switchport mode trunk
switchport trunk allowed vlan 10,20,30
switchport voice vlan 10
