IPMA: manager line appears with "?"

We are using IPMA with several managers. We have added one manager, and the assistant only sees a "?" in the line status in the application.

Everytime we do a a change in the IPMA (add/remove users p.e.), we do a reset of the IPMA service.

I have double checked the configuration and all seems fine; all the others managers/assistants are working properly.

The IPMA screen does not appear in the manager's phone.

Do you know which is the service related with the monitoring of the line status of the manager?

Do you have any idea what Could be going on?
