MARS Upgrade issue

I'm trying to do an upgrade to a MARS20R via the GUI interface using a FTP serverand get the following error message.

Error occurred upgrading the box:

usuage : pnupgrade cdrom://package

pnupgrade https://10.1.1.1/package [user] [passwd]

pnupgrade http://10.1.1.1/package [user] [passwd]

pnupgrade ftp://10.1.1.1/package [user] [passwd]

pnupgrade proxyServerIP:proxyServerPort [proxyUser:proxyPassword] https://10.1.1.1/package [user] [passwd]

Any thoughts?

Why don't you login via console/SSH and give it try? GUI is not recommended to upgrade anyway. With the CLI, you see all log messages and it keeps one updated as to what exactly is going on during the upgrade.

I will have to schedule a trip to the site, I was trying this via a VPN connection and Remote Desktop.

Well you can ask for SSH access, then connect remotely.

From my experience, Farrukh is spot-on. Please give his suggestion a try next time you visit the site and have access.
