Ring Tones After Upgrade from CallManager 4.1(3) to 6.1

Unanswered Question

After the upgrade, when I go to Settings, Ring Type, I can select different custom ring tones for the Default Ring but on any of the line appearances on the phone when I scroll down and select a line I only see Ring1 thru Ring7.

What do I need to do to be able to use the custom ring tones on any of the lines that appear on the phone?

I have this problem too.

You need to update the DistinctiveRingList.xml file to look like the RingList.xml file. You can get the files from the backup and then upload them via tftp file management under OS Admin page.
