IP-IVR Prompt management

We are using Cisco Application Administration - 4.0(5)SR02_Build044. We are using it with IPCCE v7.2

I attempted to create subdirectories for organizing IVR Prompts. The web interface allows the creation of the sub-directories. I added a directory inside of the default directory. I was also able to upload new prompts to that directory. However, the prompts will not play. Do I need to enable this directory somewhere else in the config??

You need to reference it properly in the scripts.
