Cx can't receive calls from outside of company.
Cx is able to call outside and can receive calls from internal numbers.
we have PRI connection with AT&T.
The incoming calls is routed to user support group in the company automatically.
We checked the Router patterns and dial peers. Also debug Q931 and voip and didn't find anything wrong.
Other numbers on same range have same problem.
Is there other settings we could take look at?
