Error: "Failed to get VXML from any application Server"---urgent

Hi,Need help to resolve the CVP issue. I have 'external VRU script' to play media at ICM script, it's playing fine, but after the media ends, its prompting critical error message. I've attached the VB window.

With call tracer i can see, 'no default label available for DN ....'.

I can't see any log at voice gateway with the command 'debug voice application vxml'. If you need some more patameters, please let me know.

Are you simply executing a Play Media microapp or is this a CVP VXML (Audium) application?

Is this your first attempt at CVP or a failure in one script among many?

Can you check the value of user.microapp.error_code as it comes out of your node in ICM?

sorry, i was at leave at coudn't get net access.

I'm trying with external vru script to run the media file located at CVP.

Where can i find the value of user.microapp.error_code? at which table?

just assign to one of the peripheral variable and check the router call detail table.
