HELP !!

Where do I find the "approved" Microsoft patches for CCM4.x please ?

I think they just do it to mess with everyone!

Which version are you on at the moment?

You need to go to the download sections and the following:

Voice and Unified Communications > Cisco Unified CallManager Version 4.x > Voice Applications OS and BIOS Updates

Hi Scott,

You will need a valid CCO account (which I guess you've already got). Then just go to the support section on the Cisco website, choose "download software", then just specify your CCM version etc. and you will see all the patches available.

Cisco guarantees that they will release any critical operating system patch within 24 hours of the Microsoft announcement. Noncritical patches are rolled up into a monthly update.

Hi,

I tried putting in CCM4.x it comes up with 8 choices none of them have anything to do with Microsoft Patching !!

Why do Cisco make it so hard to find these things ?

"Approved" Microsoft patches are contained in the SRs

You certainly won't find any names related to MS patches if that's what you were hoping to find here. Patches downloaded directly from MS can break your server and will cause it to be unsupported by Cisco so only download OS patches from Cisco.com
