Catalyst 2960 not usable

I've just moved my switches onto another UPS and a couple of my 2960s are no longer working properly. In HyperTerminal, a message comes up saying "!!! WARNING: The switch is not usable !!!" Also the System and RPS LEDs are amber. If someone knows how to fix this problem, any help would be greatly appreciated

It sounds like your switch took a power surge, and it is not going to work. You should contact TAC and get this switch replaced under RMA.

Amber System LED: : System is receiving power but is not functioning properly.

Amber RPS LED: The RPS is in standby mode or in a fault condition. Press the Standby/Active button on the RPS, and the LED should turn green. If it does not, the RPS fan could have failed. Contact Cisco Systems.
