3911 Call Forward all

Hi All,

I've installed 3911 sip ip phone whit a CUCM 6.1.2 and when I try to forward call from the phone doesn't work. The phone display say that the phone is forwarded but when I call the original number no ring.

When I forward all from CUCM web page or CCM user page all is running.

Have you tried upgrading the phone load as this sounds like a compatability problem?

I installed on the phone the last Firmware available. I changed a 7940 from sccp to sip and I've got the same problem too.

Hi,

Please try add in the Rerouting CSS (in the phone configuration) with the same value as Call Forward All CSS.
