Hello Alexandr,

CFA settings are not retained in SRST. The database on CCM handles the call forward setting, and the phone itself does not store the call forward settings, so any CFA settings are not carried over when the phone goes into SRST mode.

You could use the call-forward pattern 9. in call manager fallback mode....

If user from PSTN call city number 5551234 when GW is in SRST, I use translation pattern to translate number 5551234 to internal number 1234 on voice-port.

but if I want, when GW goes to the SRST mode, and user call from PSTN internal number 1234, what should I write to forward call from 1234 to

PSTN number?
