Mike,
Do you plan to use hybrid or native IOS? You can use the software adviser to find out which IOS supports your needs.

Native IOS. Right now I have the following files on compact flash....
s72033-adventerprisek9_wan-mz.122-18.SXF14.bin
and
c6msfc-boot-mz.121-27b.E1.bin

The s72033-adventerprisek9_wan-mz.122-18.SXF14.bin image will be the only image you need.

Mike,
I don't believe there is a way to format in rommon. Is there an image in bootflash to get it out of rommon. If not it looks like xmodem will be your only option.

No file in bootflash and I am already looking at doing the xmodem upload to bootflash:
Thanks

Mike,
Sorry the format of your compact cards didn't work out for you.
Best of luck,
Mark
