Platform configuration disk for MCS-7825-I3

I'm trying to install a Unity VoiceMail in our newly received hardware (MCS-7825-I3-CCE1/CCX1/ECS1/IPC1/RC1/S31) but the installation is failing to install because I don't have the right PCD (Platform configuration disk)

The message I'm getting is:


This Configuration CD is not

Supported on this server model

Press <ESC> to Exit

Can you please advice how to download or order this CD?

The only way to get this SW is placing a CD request and you need to follow the next procedure:

Go to the Product Upgrade Tool (PUT)


(registered customers only). You'll be required to enter your Cisco Software Application Support Plus Upgrades (SASU) contract number and request the CD/CD set.

If you have any problems finding the part numbers that you need or with the order placing please send an email to [email protected]

Just send them an email requesting the SW CDs that you need, adding your contract number and the shipping address.

If you have a CD mis-shipment problem, then the Customer Service department should be involved. They can be contacted at

NOTE: Cisco TAC does not provide installation media.
