Branch office users are complaining that the volume (decibel) level of the UCCX prompts being played is very low.
Is there a setting on the UCCX to change the volume(decibel) level of the prompts being played?
Unfortunately, that is not possible with UCCX. What you have to do is to record the prompts with the good volume!
There is no volume option on IPCCX.
