Slow connection issue

When accessing internet while bypassing the proxy it is very slow. I have check the ports on the switch and the internet facing firewall and there are no errors on them.

In we connect via proxy it all works fine.

Any suggestions on this.

Generally You can face slow connectivity when N2H2 is used to filter URLs in conjunction with PIX. Two common known reasons for this behavior are:

URL-Block-Long URLs are filtered by PIX

URL-Cache-PIX caches previously retrieved URL access privileges from the N2H2 server. In order to resolve this issue, use these commands in global configuration mode. These commands can be considered tweaking commands for URL filtering servers.
