failover of asa 5510 not happening

I have two asa 5510 . i am not able to configure failover amongst the as all the features are same except web vpn peers .Once has 25 and other has 2.Pl suggest how to resolve this .The show version o/p is attached for reference

You can't have failover unless both Web VPN peers are the same. You need to purchase the same WebVPN licenses for the secondary box and then failover will work fine provided you have the other prerequisutes met as in same rev of code, and correct license for failover etc..
