My manager wants me to get Call Manager and Unity training. I can do adds and updates to phones and voice mail. We had an engineer do initial setup but boss would like me to have more in depth knowledge. Any suggestions on good training classes and/or books?

Hey Mary,

Long time, hope all is well :)

I have found these books to be very useful;

Cisco CallManager Fundamentals, 2nd Edition

http://www.ciscopress.com/bookstore/product.asp?isbn=1587051923

Configuring CallManager and Unity: A Step-by-Step Guide

http://www.ciscopress.com/bookstore/product.asp?isbn=1587051966

Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony

http://www.ciscopress.com/bookstore/product.asp?isbn=1587050757

As for Training, Global Knowledge is always highly thought of in my peer group :)

Hope this helps!
