how to control bandwidth ingress and egress on inidvidual port with 4948s

Hi,

I need help from some one to point me how to control bandwidth on individual port for ingress and egress with 4948 switch. I am planning to accomodate users on the switch with isp type.

Thanks collin, I want to do layer 2 bandwidth control. I am using 4948 only for switching. Thanks in advance for your help.

I've never done it with CoS, I'm not even sure you can classify traffic (the host upstream might have too). You might want to re-post.
