Radios and SSIDs

I have purchased an Aironet 1130AG. My question is this: if I create an SSID and enable it for both the 11a radio and the 11b/g radio, how will a client with an 11a/b/g card see this SSID? How will the client know which radio to use?

What I would like is for users with 11a cards to connect using the 11a radio over the g radio and for the 11g radio to only be used by clients that can only support g.

Would it be better if I create 2 seperate SSID's with different names and assign one to the 11a radio and one to the 11b/g radio?

You can create 2 seperate ssid's if you really want to seperate the users on specific radios. the client devices are the one's that decide what it will use. The wireless devices will see two ssid's, one on the 2.4g and the other on the 5g. Usually you create a radio policy when you only want voice on one radio and data on the other...
