CUCM ver 6.1.2. UK Dial Plan does not show as option

Hi,


I folled the instructions ('Deploying Dial Plan for 5.0(1) and later releases' to install the latest UK dial plan (dp-ffr.2-1-7.GB.cop) on CUCM 6.1.2.


Show software verifies that the COP file has been installed.


Problem is that it does not show as an option when I try to configure Route Pattern or Route Filter. Only the default North American Numbering Plan is shown from the drop down.


Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Hi,


You need to install the dial-plan after you have downloaded to callmanager before you can see it.


To do this...Go to CCMADMIN>Call routing>dial-plan installer..Click on find...You will see the UKNP that you downloaded...Click on install....


You should see it after this

This has resolved my issue (I restarted CallManager Service.


I can select the UK Dial Plan for Route Filters. This has resolved my issue.
