random disconnection approx once in an hour

Is the device not being used and the wireless card shut's down. Take a look at the wireless device setting and check the power management setting. Try setting it to Constant Awake Mode or it might be stated as Maximum Performance in the power management settings.

If you have a WLC, maybe play around with the idle session timeout. If you don't have a wlc, don't worry about this.
