I have outbound caller id blocked for the entire organization and I wondered if it was possible to enable it for one individual user.
thanks

Route pattern
Calling line id presentation: restricted
Calling name presentation: restricted
Can i block it elsewhere instead that would allow me to accomplish what i want?

easiest way would be to configure a route pattern 9.@ and that only that particular user could reach it
otherwise you would need to create a copy of each route pattern and have it on a partition that only that user can use

If you are not using any " calling party mask" at the route pattern or route list , you can apply a fake " External mask" at the device level for the devices whose caller id you want to block.
Check " use calling party mask" at the route pattern .

Thanks for the ideas, I'll try them out and see what works best for us.
Thanks
