Dear All,
Is it normal that the clock state is unsync in UC500-CUE?(I have only one at hand).

Recently I have a problem of 12-hour time shift in the Voicemail messages. Messages recorded in AM is reported as in PM. NTP on both CME and CUE are correctly synced, but the clock state in CUE shows unsync.
Any reference to sync the clock?

Have you configured an NTP server within unity express?

Thanks to the reply.
The NTP is syncronized. The clock shows correct time and date, but the clock state still shows uncrync even after reloading.
Do you suggest a CUE upgrade?
