Hi,
We are planning to connect our VM servers to Cisco 2950 switch.what is the configuration needs to be done on switch.

Will you have VM's on different networks? Does your server NIC support dot1q trunking?

No,all my VM servere will be in same subnet

You can configure the NIC like any other port then.
interface GigabitEthernet10/23
description VM Server
switchport
switchport access vlan 110
switchport mode access
speed 1000
duplex full
spanning-tree portfast
spanning-tree bpduguard enable

This is fine,
but i don't want two vm servers talk to each other even when they are in same subnet.

OK- how was I supposed to know that initially? You never stated it.
AFAIK there is not way to control that. The VM Server has it's own internal switch that the VM's connect to (logically). The uplink of that switch is the physical link to your network. If you want one of the isolated, you'll have to add another NIC, set the VM to use it, the configure the switch for PVLAN.
