Will you have VM's on different networks? Does your server NIC support dot1q trunking?

No,all my VM servere will be in same subnet

You can configure the NIC like any other port then.

interface GigabitEthernet10/23

description VM Server

switchport

switchport access vlan 110

switchport mode access

speed 1000

duplex full

spanning-tree portfast

spanning-tree bpduguard enable

Hope that helps

This is fine,

but i don't want two vm servers talk to each other even when they are in same subnet.

OK- how was I supposed to know that initially? You never stated it.

AFAIK there is not way to control that. The VM Server has it's own internal switch that the VM's connect to (logically). The uplink of that switch is the physical link to your network. If you want one of the isolated, you'll have to add another NIC, set the VM to use it, the configure the switch for PVLAN.
