QOS: Need help on specifying the available bandwidth of interface in 6500 f

I'm trying to configure wrr queuing on a 6500.

I have a metro ethernet connectivity from this 6500 switch.

The subscribed bandwidth of this link is 60 Mbps and the link is terminated on gigabit port of

WS-X6148A-GE-TX module. This metro ethernet link is negotiated as 100/full.

On this link i would like to do the following.

1) implement egress shaping using the wrr queue configurations.

2) Prioritize voice Traffic using DSCP marking / ACL classification using class maps.

As the link speed is 100 mbps, i guess applying WRR queuing and prioritising the voice traffic will not take

effect at the right time, when the utilisation of this link is nearing 60 mbps...

Is there any way to specify the available bandwidth of the port so that proper queuing/prioritisation can be

On 3750's, we have the command "srr-queue bandwidth limit" which can implement this..

I have this problem too.
