Can Unity speak to multipul exchange domains ?

I have inherted a site that uses Unity in a multi tenant fashion, but only one exchange with the GAL open to every one.

I do not want to 'hack' exchange to fix this issue. Rather I would like to virtualise exchange and only have one unity box that talks to all the virtual box's

Hi -

If the Exchange servers are installed in different Exchange administrative groups, even though in same organization and AD forest, the design guide specifies you need a separate Unity server for each Exchange admin group. Unity must also be in same subnet as peer Exchange server.
