We are running call manager version 4.1.3 sr6a.
Attendant Console keyboard shortkeys are not working.
I've already restarted the telephony call dispatcher service, no change.

Is this happening for all the AC users or just for one in specific?
Try restarting the CTI service along with the TCD service.
