I am having a problem with random phones on our network dialing 911. How can I use RTMT to capture which phones are calling 911. Thanks for all you help!!

Hi John,

RTMT is probably not the best tool to use to find out which phones are dialing 911. Other than using it to pull CCM traces which you would then have to pore through to find the offending caller, there's probably no other data that it will provide to help you find these calls.

The CDR Analysis and Reporting (CAR) tool would be a good tool to report on all patterns dialed by all users or subset of users.

Depending on which version of CUCM you are running, you could also run specific queries against the CDR database to find out the same information. For example, in version 4.x and older of CUCM, you could run the following query:

select * from CallDetailRecord where finalcalledpartynumber='911'
