Hi pro,
My topology is: IP Phone==CCM5.1==H323 Gateway (FXO)===PSTN.
When IP Phone receive a call from PSTN, it rings 3 times and disconnect. If I answer the call, it operate normally.
so what is the most cause of this issue?
Thank you very much!

Well, Check the phone in CCM, most likely your global Ring No Answer duration is set to 12 seconds, and on the phones you have no voicemail or forwarding set on Call Forward Ring No Answer. if you just want it to keep ringing, on the phone set the Call Forward Ring No Answer Duration up to whatever you want. 4 seconds per ring, the max is 120 seconds. TO clarify this setting it on the DN on the phone...
HTH, please rate useful posts.

thank you for you quickly respone. I have another problem.
I have configured disconnect tone on my FXO port, it works fine if I configure my gateway using MGCP (IP phone stop ringing if the PSTN phone hang up), but does not work with H323 gateway.
What should I do to solve this issue?
