Hi
Is it possible to run a script after the the VPN client connects to the network ? A kind of script to map a network drive or something like that...

Hi,
Not the VPN client, however the Anyconnect client does:
Start Before Logon (SBL)-Allows for login scripts, password caching, drive mapping, and more, for Windows.
At the moment the Anyconnect is used only for SSL, but to honor its name, Cisco is working to add IPSEC support as well.
The IPSEC VPN client has a basic form of customization, but i'm not sure it fit your needs:

Start before Login (SBL) does work for the IPSec VPN CLient up to Windows XP. The latest Anyconnect client is required for Vista to support SBL. As stated above, SSL is the only supported connection type for the Anyconnect client at this time. I have set it up on an ASA and it works very much the same as the IPSec client with better support for upgrading and maintaining.
