CME 4.0.2

Hello,

I have a 2801 with the cme ver 4.0.2.

I want to connect 7945 and 7937 conference station. I think the ios that supports the 7937 is ver 4.3.

I tried to install it but there was a problem in the pstn lines after one minute every telephone call was disconnected.

Could you please advice me what to do.

Well you can only upload the phone loads to the flash and then to the tftp.

Do you think that the conference station 7937g will work fine?

In he cisco website it is recommended that no version of ios below of 4.3 supports this model?

I tried to load the firmware of the 7937G station to the ccme ver 4.0.2 (2801)

but there was no such type of phone when i typed the command load:

CCME(config)#telephony-service

Is there any other way to load the new phones?

Also the file i downloaded is an .exe instead of .bin

Is it the correct extension ? I tried to extracted but couldn't.

The 7937G conference station is not supported on CME versions below 4.3 The links below should help you out regarding supported phones/firmware etc.

Hello,

I upgraded the ios of the 2801 to c2801-ipvoicek9-mz.124-15.XZ.bin which has cme ver 4.3 But unfortunatelly, the conference station 7937G does not register.

I have also downloaded on the flash

the firmware of the 7937g: apps37sccp.1-2-1-0.bin.

I want to load from the telephony-service the firmware but i cannot there is no option.

load ....(there is no 7937 type).

Is it not supported as well?

the tftp command is there as well.

tftp-server flash:apps37sccp.1-2-1-0.bin

I tried ios c2801-ipvoicek9-mz.124-15.XZ1, ver cme 7.0 but I had a problem with PSTN lines after some secs when i place or receive a call it disconnects.

Is there any other command I should input?
