Multiple IP's on FastEthernet 4 Question

If my ISP gave me:

24.24.12.138 / 255.255.255.248 - giving me a range of

24.24.12.138 - 24.24.12.142

In order to get mutliple IP's to work on an 871w. Would I?

Interface FastEthernet 4

ip adddress 24.24.12.138 255.255.255.248

ip address 24.24.12.139 255.255.255.248 secondary

Than using NAT:

p nat inside source static tcp 10.0.0.15 25 24.24.12.139 25 extendable

This could allow SMTP traffic to internal resource through this IP.

Please correct me if I'm wrong?

I do not see the necessity to configure the secondary address. The static translation should work fine (as long as the translated address is in the same subnet as the outside interface address there is not a need to assign another address in the subnet to the router interface as secondary).

Thanks Rick.

I was not sure, as I am unable to ping anything but the configured interface.

In addition, trying to do some testing after hours. Trying to access our OWA by using one of the Ips. https://24.24.12.140/exchange - but this is not working.

I will be uploading my config file on one of our other conversations
