Hi Friends,

On CCM 4.2(3) publisher i install CDR Analaysis and Report tool in order to generate report for international calls. Problem is i am unable to login first time using user/pass admin/admin. I also tried other passwords but i recieve the same error message "LDAP Access Error. Contact to Administrator". I did all the basic steps to troubleshoot but couldn't solve it. One thing i will mention that after enabling CDR now when i make call, it records in sql database table with all information so i thing only problem with cdr web interface. Another thing before CDR Tool installation process i recieved an alert "authenticode on found. Do you want to continue".

Please help me out in this regard.

Hoping for your prompt relpy

Best Regards

Rameez

Hello Rameez,

If CCM is integrated with AD, go to the Cisco OU and delete the "CiscoAdminRepToolAdminGroupUsers" group, then on CCM, restart IIS by issuing the "iisreset" command and then go to CAR again and login with the admin/admin account. After doing that, assign Administrative rights to an user and log off CAR. At this point the "CiscoAdminRepToolAdminGroupUsers." group should have been regenerated and the accounts that you have added as CAR administrators must be listed there. At this point, you just need to login with the new CAR Administrator account and share the results with us ;).

In case that you have DC instead of AD;

follow the instructions below:

Hope this helps!

Rameez,

I just found a link for AD too:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080094871.shtml

Let us know how it goes!

Hi Bro,

Your link worked fine. Group was not there so what i did i created group with the same name and then add user in that group. So i could login.
