Hi Friends,
I installed CCM 4.2(3) as publisher and subscriber and configured extension mobility as per recommanded method. Issue is when i press service button, i found Extension Mobility service but when i select this service, it gives me error [6] and i am not prompted for username and pin.I configure everything properly mention on study guides etc.
Please suggest me what should i do.
One thing more, please tell me how can i configure extension mobility service in redundancy mode so when publisher goes down, subscriber take the role.
Hoping for your prompt relpy

Error 6:
Database Error: The Extension Mobility service received an error while trying to communicate with the database
what is your EM service URL defined as?
is it
http://x.x.x.x/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#
Is the device profile associated with the user?

Hi,
Now i can access DC Directory but problem is still there. I found one thing, as per mention in the link "http://www.ciscotaccc.com/voice/showcase?case=K93376036" there should be a LoginService virtual directory in IIS but i don't have even i don't have physical directory "C:\CiscoWebs\LoginService\".
Now tell me if you know any solution for this.
Best Regards
