Software updates

Trying to update the LAN software via the Software center. It is asking for CCO username and password. Enter in credentials and it comes back with an error. Can log into the Cisco site with those credentials. What do I need to get that software update section to work? I added the proxy server information.

I have this problem too.

You are most likely hitting a bug relating to bad base64 encoding of the and/or proxy credentials. It is fixed in Common Services 3.0.6, but you will need to manually download and install this update before anything else in Software Center will work. You can get the update from .
