We use Unity Connection 2.1.1 and when an voice message is left at a help desk we get an e-mail notification of the message and are told we can click on a link to listen to the message. After logging into CPCA, I do not see where you can listen to the message. It seems alot easier to dial the vm pilot number and enter the ext and password than to try to navigate the the CPCA web page.

I have this problem too.

Well I have the CUC integrated with my outlook via IMAP so I get an email with the VM attached as a .wav file.

First make sure to associate the users with a CoS that enables IMAP client.
