we have a number of 7970 and 7941 ip phones, on some of the phones the local directory is option is visable but on some of the others it is not there.
on a 7941 it is there but on a different 7941 it is not there.
any ideas?

Make sure that the command
type 7941 is under your ephone command.
AFter this, do create cnf-files

just wondering, have you come across any issues with dtmf over sip trunks outbound and inbound , we have specificied the dtmf relay in the relevant sip trunks but does not work in our out but works internally.
