Cannot add HUM portlets to help desk users

I am trying to create a Helpdesk view that will be the only view when a users logs in as helpdesk. Things like DFM and Syslog will be there, but I would like to add some HUM apps as well. When I try, HUM is not listed as a source to add portlets from, but if I am logged in as an admin it is there.


Is HUM not allowed to be in the help desk role?

This is correct. Help Desk users only have access to the following HUM tasks, none of which are available as portlets:


List Pollers

List HUM Managed Devices

List Templates

List Threshold Details

Actions
