I think these are the part #'s you need
Cisco 2801 Series DRAM Memory Options
MEM2801-64D= 64MB SODIMM DRAM for the Cisco 2801
MEM2801-128D= 128MB SODIMM DRAM for the Cisco 2801
MEM2801-256D= 256MB SODIMM DRAM for the Cisco 2801
