I put a new custom class file on the IVR in C:\Program Files\wfavvid folder. Then I restarted the CRS Engine but when I go into Script Editor to create a new Java Type variable for it I get a "Illegal Type" error. There are other custom class files in this directory that are working so I know the classpath is correct. Any ideas what my problem could be?
in newer uccx you need to go into the administration under System - > Custom File and move it over to a selected Custom File, then CRS will see it! I imagine it was the same on 3.5(4).
I'm about to load a custom class so that I can write directly into a SQL server table and I was wondering if you have something similar.
What sort of custom java classes do you have in CRS?
