Cisco Icon in Screen of the phone

Hello, I'm making a callmanager Customization; Phone Banners, Sounds AutoAttendance, Welcome message, ETC. So I need to know how can I do to change the screen cisco icon in phones 7911,7940&7960 by the client logo's company. Please I need some help with this issue. Anybody know about it? Thanks

In this link, look for "logo_url". This will explain what is needed to have a company logo on the phones display.

Thanks but Where can I find this file "logo_url" is it in flash? and I need to change sounds files too.
