CUE 3.1.0 and time of day step

Hello guys, i'm currently scripting with CUE editor for a basic AA application that just play a prompt and make a call redirect.

My problem is that i have to use time of day step for checking opening hours ("t1" = 8h am to 19h pm all days) but even if the clock is set on CUE module to offshift hours ("The rest" 8h pm for example), we always stay in the t1 interval !!!

I have exactly the same behaviuor with the business hours step.

I find the solution, i was testing my script changing the timezone on CUE module, but it have to be reloaded for the new timezone to be taken into account.
