FXO Incoming Call disconnection

Hi,

I configured 2801 router as gateway through mgcp with CCM 4.2(3). Gateway has FXO modules with analog lines. Outgoing calls are fine but when someone from out side dial inside and phone inside start ringing. If caller disconnect call but phone will keep ringing. I know this is because of loop start but tell me how to solve this problem.

try this command on ur fxo

voice-port X/Y/Z

signal groundStart

timeouts call-disconnect 5

timeouts wait-release 5

because loop-start does not provide far-end disconnect monitoring. There is no mechanism in place to determine when the remote party has returned to the onhook state

while

Ground-start signaling provides far-end disconnect information because the CO can ground the tip when the remote subscriber has entered the on-hook state
